AVA TAPIOCA is a dessert and beverage business located in Oaxaca that offers treats such as tapioca, cinnamon rolls, crookies, crepes, waffles, mini pancakes and italia sodas. Currently, although the business focused on the quality of its products, it does not have a formal social responsibility or sustainability program. Additionally, the use of plastic packaging and straws, along with the lack of integration of disadvantaged local communities, limits its positive impact on society and environment.

Personal reflection:
Social responsibility has become a necessity not only for large companies but also for small businesses like AVA TAPIOCA. Integrating responsible practices not only generates a positive impact on the community and environment but also stregthens relationships with costumers. As a communication student and entrepreneur, i understand that even small actions can inspire significant changes to help the planet.
